- For the decoration:
- 1 / 4 red cabbage
- 1 apple granny
- 15 cl apple juice bio
- 10 cl of cream fluid whole
- 1 / 2 tsp salt (celery normally)
- 1 pinch pepper Espelette
- Radish sprouts
- Granny apple slices

Preparation
Step 1
Slice and wash the cabbage. Peel, core and cut apples into pieces. Place all in a blender with apple juice. Mix and filter. Keep refrigerated.
Whip the cream with salt (celery)
Emulsify again smoothie before serving and serve with a spoonful of whipped cream that you can drop a pinch of piment d'Espelette. Or like me you can mix the cream and pepper in a smoothie for smooth cold.
