  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 scoop (10 grams) undenatured whey protein
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (or 2 tbsp almonds)

Preparation

Step 1

Place strawberries, milk, whey protein, coconut oil, honey and almond butter in a blender or food processor.

Blend until smooth, then add ice and blend again until thick and frothy.
