Ingredients
- 1 lb mild italian pork sausage
- 1 pkg crescent rolls
- 1 cup hash browns; thawed, seasoned shredded
- 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese; shredded
- 5 whole Eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 Tbs Parmesan cheese; grated
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook the sausage; set aside.
2. Seperate crescent roll dough into 8 triangles.
3. Place them on an ungreased 12-inch pizza pan, with points facing towards center. Press onto bottom and up the sides of the pan to form crust; seal perforations.
4. Spoon cooked sausage over the crust. Sprinkle the thawed seasoned hash browns over the sausage and top with shredded colby-jack cheese.
5. In a bowl, beat together the milk, eggs, salt and pepper and pour into crust.
6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
