Ingredients
- canetloupe
- honeydew
- watermelon
- strawberries
- apple slices (dip in lemon juice)
- papaya, if in season
- mango, if in season
- kiwifruit

Preparation
Step 1
Cut melons into small wedges or into balls. Leave strawberries whole. Peel kiwifruit and slice. Slice and dip apple. Arrange on platter. Supply serving spoon for gues to help themselves.
Variation: serve with picks and fruit sauce.
Caramel fruit sauce:
1 cup sour cream
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp kahlua
Stir together. If you prefer to omit the kahlua, add more brown sugar to taste. (makes 1 cup)
