Ingredients
- 2 white (or brown) bread slices, processed into crumbs
- 1/3 cup finely chopped green onion
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley (or 3/4 tsp flakes)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced (or 1/2 tsp powder)
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 lb ground beef

Step 1
Combine all 8 ingredients in large bowl.
Add ground beef. Mix well. Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls. Arrange on greased baking sheet with sides. Bake in 400 oven for about 15 minutes until fully cooked.
