Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp plus 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1.5 lbs chicken (or wings)

Step 1
In a glass baking dish,, whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, Sriracha, sugar, ginger, and sesame oil. Add chicken and toss to coat. Marinate 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 475. Bake until chicken is cooked and sauce is thick, 20-30 minutes.
