Ingredients
- 2 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 small onion , chopped
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2 c feta cheese
- 1/4 c parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c italian blend cheese
- white shredded cheese
- 2 c sour cream
- 1 large chopped tomato
- thyme, basil rosemary and some white wine
- milk

1. In a large fry pan over medium heat saute onion and garlic in a tablespoon of oil.Add a splash of white wine. Add the chicken breasts and enough milk to cover the breasts halfway and begin to simmer.Add the spices to your own taste. As the chicken simmers add a one cup of sour cream to thicken sauce.stir gently. Add 1 cup of feta cheese and a couple of tablespoons of parmesan cheese.stir.Add the chopped tomato and more milk or sour cream if sauce has reduced and chicken is not covered enough. When chicken is halfway done add the rest of the feat cheese. stir gently. Simmer until chicken is no longer pink inside . Serve over angel hair pasta. Sprinkle white shredded cheese on top.
