Sauce, Mamma's Cilantro Cream sauce

Try this on asian indian about anything grilled or spicy. tacos, burritos, grilled meats, seafood or vegies.

Ingredients

• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup cilantro finely chopped
• 2 green onions chopped (optional)
• 4 teaspoons lime juice or to taste
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Mix in crushed pineapple to taste for fish dishes

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sauce ingredients together and refrigrate
Taste and add salt and pepper if you like
Also great with some freshly grated lime zest
