Ingredients
- 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 can creamed corn
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 c. buttermilk or milk
- Pinch baking soda (to neutralize buttermilk, skip if using regular milk)

Preparation
Step 1
Blend ingredients and mix well. Pour into well greased prepared pan and bake at 375 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes.
For Muffins - increase oven heat to 400 degrees; scoop into greased muffin pan, reduce cooking time to 18 - 20 minutes.
