Ingredients
- 4-5 slices toasted, buttered, cubed bread
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- Dry mustard to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Place bread in a greased casserole
Beat and add the egg, milk, mustard, salt and pepper and worcestershire sauce
Add cheese
Pour all over bread
Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees
May add grated onion, cubed ham or bacon bits
