Norene's Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 yellow cake mix
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1/2 cup veg oil
• 2 T. water
• 2 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients. Form dough into small balls and roll in granulated sugar.

Place on ungreased cookie sheet and criss cross with fork.

Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Bake on lower rack 8 minutes and move to top rack for remaining time. Move to cooling rack once done.

If you want to make peanut butter blossoms- do not criss corss, bake on lower rack for 8 minutes and move to top rack for another 4-5 minutes. Place a hershey kiss in center of cookies and bake for 1 minute more. Allow to sit on baking sheet 1 minute before transferring to a cooling rack.
