Ingredients
- 1 pound top round
- 1 round onion, chopped
- 1/4 pound bacon
- 1 large can kidney beans, drained
- 2 teaspoons red wine
- 1 teaspoon chicken base
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1 bay leaf, crushed
- pinch paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano leaves
- pinch cumin seed
- 1 teaspoon ajinomoto 9MSG)
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- Dash worcestershire
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 large (15 oz) can tomato sauce
- 10 oz. portuguese sausage (linguisa), ground

Step 1
Brown the ground top round with onion: add bacon. Then add rest of ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.
