  • 2 lbs. King salmon
  • 1 tea. fresh dill,chopped
  • 1 tea. Creole seasoning
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • Pepper Jelly

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat and oil the grill.

Rinse salmon, place on cooking sheet. Season salmon with dill, Creole seasoning, salt and pepper. Spread a layer of pepper jelly on top of the fish. Add onion and lemon slices to top of salmon, and grill until done, approx. 20 minutes.
