Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup shortening
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 1/4 cups flour
• 3/4 tsp. soda
• 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• 1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together first 5 ingredients. Mix dry ingredients and slowly add. Form balls and press with fork on cookie sheet.

Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
