c. chopped walnuts
Wash brussel sprouts and remove discolored leaves. Place sprouts in a large saucepan, add water and salt. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer. Melt butter in a small saucepan until lightly brown. Add walnuts and cook until lightly browned, stirring constantly. Pace brussels sprouts in a serving bowl and pour walnut butter over top. Serve.
