Ingredients
- Filling:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 24 ounces cream cheese softened
- 2 ounces white creme de cacoa
- dash of salt
- 8 ounces melted white chocolate
- Crust:
- 1 3/4 cup of graham crumbs
- 3/4 cup butter melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Topping:
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Mix crust ingredients together and press into bottom of spring form pan.
Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Add cream cheese in small amounts and blend well.
Add creme de cacoa and melted chocolate and mix till smooth.
Pour on top of crust and bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Turn halfway through.
Remove from oven and let set for five minutes.
Mix topping ingredients and spread on top of cake return to oven for 10 minutes.
