- 1 medium unpeeled Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
- 2 t. lemon juice
- 1 t. butter
- 2 T. sugar
- 1/8 t. ground cinnamon

Toss apple with lemon juice; set aside. Melt butter in nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add sugar and cinnamon; stir well. Add apple; cook 7 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
