Ingredients
- CRUST:
- 1/2 tsp stevia
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 tbs melted coconut oil
- FILLING:
- 160 g raw chocolate (cocoa nibs or unsweetened chocolate)
- 3 cups pitted dates soaked in 2 cups water until soft
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup coconut oil or cocoa butter
- 3 bananas

CRUST:
Soak walnuts, hemp seeds and sunflower seeds together for a few hours or overnight. Drain and rinse seeds and pulse in a food processor with other ingredients until the mixture is holding together but not too mushy. Press the crust onto the bottom of a 10" spring-form pan or deep dish pie plate.
FILLING:
Boil a bit of water in a small pot. Place chopped up chocolate and coconut or cocoa butter in a metal or glass bowl on top of the boiling water. Turn heat down to low and let the chocolate melt with the fat. Puree dates in blender with water and add the melted chocolate and fat. Add cinnamon and blend until smooth. Chop banana into long slender pieces (on the bias) and place on top of prepared crust. Pour chocolate mixture over bananas and use a spatula to smoothe the top. Let set in fridge for a few hours before indulging.
