Ingredients
- 1Container1 Container (15 ounces) Ricotta cheese
- 1pound1 pound ground sweet sausage or 2 packages (10 oz each) frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 1/2cups1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 22 eggs
- 2jars2 jars pasta sauce
- 1212 lasagna noodles uncooked
- 1package1 package shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Combine ricotta cheese, sausage, 1 cup parmesan cheese and eggs in a large bowl; set aside
spread 1 1/2 cups pasta sauce in pan. Arrange 3 lasagna noodles in a single layer on sauce; spoon 1 1/2 cups ricotta mixture over noodles. Sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
Repeat layering process two times arrange last 3 noodles over mozzarella cheese; spoon remaining sauce, mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top.
Cover with non-stick foil and refrigerate overnight.
Bake with foil on at 350 F for 45 minutes. Remove foil and cook additional 15 minutes
