Ingredients
- 2 Hoagie Rolls
- Butter
- Whole-grain mustard
- 4 oz thinly sliced ham
- 4 oz thinly sliced roast pork
- 4 oz thinly sliced Swiss cheese
- Sliced dill pickles

Step 1
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Spread butter on one side of roll, mustard on the other to taste. Over the buttered half, layer the meats, cheese and pickles. Top with mustard-coated bread. Wrap each sandwich in foil and place in large cast iron skillet. Weigh down with another cast-iron skillet. Bake until cheese melts, about 20 minutes. Unwrap and serve.
