Bisquick Lemon-Poppy Seed Coffee Cake 1 Picture

  • 2 cup Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup poppy seeds
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pkg. (3 1/2 oz.) lemon instant pudding & pie filling (dry)
  • Glaze (recipe below)

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease square pan, 9 x 9 x 2 inches. Mix all ingredients bake until golden brown and wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes, drizzle with Glaze. Can also be done in a small loaf pan, allow 40-50 minutes baking time.

GLAZE:

2/3 cup powdered sugar
3-4 teaspoons lemon juice

Mix until smooth.
