Ingredients

  • 2 Tubs of Ricotta
  • 4 Eggs
  • Hand full of of Basil,
  • Hand full of parsley
  • Pinch of oregano
  • Pinch of Rosemary
  • Pinch of Pepper
  • 1 1/2 lbs thin spaghetti

Preparation

Step 1

Run cold water through spaghetti
Mix everything together
Put olive oil on bottom of glass bowl. Fill each bowl 3/4 of the way up. This will make three glass bowls
Pour olive oil over top around 2 cups
Oven 425 degrees
It'll be done when oil starts boiling over the top and it's a dark crispy brown

Let cool
Flip over
