Ingredients
- 1 lb. Italian Sausage
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 T. whole basil
- 1 1/2 t salt
- 1 1 lb. can tomtoes
- 2 6 oz. cans tomato paste
- 1 15 oz. can tomto sauce
- 10 oz. lasagne (8 slices)
- 3 c. ricotta
- 1/2 c grated parmesan
- 2 T parsley flakes
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 t. salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1 lb. sliced mozzarella

Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat and slowly spoon off excess fat. Add next 6 ingredients. Simmer uncovered 30 min. stirring ocassionally.
Cook noodles in large amount of salted water until tender. Drain and rinse.
Combine remaining ingredients except mozzarella. Place 1/2 the noodles in 9x13 pan. Spread with half the ricotta filling, add 1/2 the mozzarella and 1/2 the meat sauce. Repeat layers.
Bake at 375° 30-40 min. let stand 10 min before cutting.
