White chocolate soup with berries

This dessert is so elegant, and extremely rich. I purchase berries in the summer when they are in season, lay them out on a cookie sheet, then I freeze them in a large plastic bag. If you stick them in a bag and then freezed them, the berries will stick together and become mushy.

- 1 1/2 pounds of white chocolate, chopped
- 2 1/2 cups heavy cream
- Frozen berries

Step 1
Melt the chocolate combined with the cream over a double broiler or a large mixing bowl over simmering heat. When it is completely melted, place berries in a small individual serving dishes and pour chocolate over them and serve with a sprig of mint.
