Ingredients

  • 10 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 8 oz white chocolate pieces
  • 2 lg eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup pecan pieces
  • 7 oz. semi sweet choc chips
  • Powdered sugar in shaker

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using 2 tbsp butter, grease an 8” square baking sheet. Melt ½ cup butter with white chocolate in microwave, watch very carefully. In medium bowl whisk eggs and sugar. Add the flour, vanilla, salt and mix well.Fold in pecans and melted white chocolate. Spread the mixture into brownie pan, and sprinkle chips over and bake until firm, about 25 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool on rack before cutting. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
HINT: Always use parchment paper first, then grease. Much easier to remove brownies or bars.
