Breads: Corn Bread for BBQ

Ingredients

• 2 cups corn meal
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/2 t salt
• 1/2 t baking powder
• 2 eggs
• 2 T oil
• 1 cup buttermilk

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Blend dry ingredients
Add eggs and oil
Add buttermilk and combine
Put in pans about 3/4 inch thick
Bake about 18 minutes
