Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 2-3 chicken breasts, sliced into strips, salted
- Shitake & Baby Bella Mushrooms, sliced
- Onion - cut into strips
- Celery - julienned
- Carrots - julienned
- Red pepper, cut into strips
- Jalapeno pepper, minced
- peanuts, optional
- Rice Wine vinegar
- Soy Sauce
- Sesame oil
- chicken stock
- Chili garlic paste
- flour/corn starch
- Basil, chopped
- Crushed garlic
- Rice
Details
Preparation
Step 1
In the saute pan, canola oil over med-high heat. Add chicken and sear/brown. Remove chicken.
Add:
- onion and carrot
- then mushroom, add more oil as needed
- then celery
- then Red & Jalapeno peppers
Add chicken to pan along with sauce.
Serve over Rice.
