- Grated fresh parmesan cheese
- butter-flavored cooking spray or melted butter

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Coat a baking sheet with the Pam or brush it with melted butter.
Place a biscuit cutter (or tuna can with both ends cut off) on the baking sheet as a mold and place about 1/4 cup cheese inside the mold. Lift the mold and repeat for as many crisps as you wish to make. Place them to allow for some spreading as they bake.
Bake for approximately 6 minutes or until the cheese is melted and starting to crisp around the edges.
Remove from oven and let cool. Use a spatula to carefully lift the crisps from the baking sheet.
Serve with salad or use as a snack or appetizer.
