Sesame Chicken

Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs chicken, cut into strips
- 2 t Herbes de Provence
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 3/4 c. unseasoned dry bread crumbs
- 3/4 c. toasted sesame seeds
- 1/3 c. finely chopped Italian parsley
- 4 T. sweet butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Arrange chicken in a bowl just large enough to hold it
Sprinkle on the Herbes de Provence, season with salt and pepper
Pour the buttermilk over the chicken
Marinate 2-3 hours
In a small bowl, stir together the bread crumbs, sesame seeds & parsley
Lift chicken pieces one at a time and roll in the bread-sesame mix to coat
Arrange pieces in a shallow baking dish and season with s&p
Bake, basting with butter until it is golden brown and done, 30-40 minutes
Serve immediately or cool before eating.
