    piece of bacon

  • ½

    red pepper chopped

  • ½

    green pepper chopped

  • 6

    large or extra large eggs

  • 1

    cup of grated mozzarella

  • butter to grease pan

  • salt and pepper

Directions

Grease pan. saute bacon without oil add peppers, saute until cooked. Meanwhile: cook spinish as directed in package, In a mixing bowl beat the eggs, blend the mozzarella, parmigiano and the saute mixture. Bake in oven at 350F
