Ingredients
- 4 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 Tbl. melted margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 9” pie shell

Preparation
Step 1
Mix eggs, sugar and syrups until well blended. Stir in butter and vanilla. Add pecans and pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Pie is done when center reaches 200 degrees. Tap center surface of pie lightly; it should spring back when done.
