  • 1/2 lb butter, softened
  • 1-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1-1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups sifted cake flour
  • 1-1/2 tsp baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Blend butter, cream cheese, vanilla and sugar until light.Beat in eggs, one at a time.
2. Measure 2 cups of sifted cake flour and 1-1/2 tsp baking powder. Add flour mixture to other ingredients.
3. Pour into greased and floured tube or Bundt pan. Bake for approximately 1 hour 10 minutes.
