- garlic
- salt
- cracked pepper
- mild red chili
- paprika
- sugar
- pork cubes

Preparation
Step 1
Mix pork cubes with dry rub.
Put on roasting rack in a roasting pan. Add 2 oz. liquid smoke (not touching pork). Cover with foil.
Roast 5 hours (low and slow) at 250 degrees.
Pull apart into chunks.
