Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 garlic cloves
- 4 scallions, finely chopped
- 6 green chillies, seeded and sliced thinly
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced thinly
- 1/2 cup Thai basil leaves, coarsely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. fish sauce

Step 1
Thinly slice the chicken breasts.
Heat the oil in a wok. Add the garlic and scallions and cook for 1-2 minutes or until soft.
Add the chili and green bell pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the chicken and cook until browned. Stir in the Thai basil and fish sauce and cook for a few more minutes.
Garnish with basil leaves and serve over rice.
