Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour (optional, I like to add it for a more "cookie dough" like texture, but it only makes a marginal difference)
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Heath Toffee Bits (not Bit O' Brickle)

Preparation

Step 1

Beat together the butter and cream cheese until smooth.
Mix in the brown sugar and flour.
Mix in the vanilla and sea salt.
Use a sturdy rubber spatula to mix in the mini chocolate chips and Heath Toffee Bits.
Keep chilled until ready to serve. Serves 8-12.
