Ingredients
- Dough:
- 2 pkg (1/4 oz ea) active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 c warm water (110-115)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c butter, softened
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 5 3/4 to 6 1/4 c all purpose flour
- Cinnamon Rolls:
- 1 recipe Easy Overnight Dough
- 1 c packed brown sugar
- 4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 c softened butter, divided
- Glaze:
- 2 c confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 c half and half cream
- 2 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation
Step 1
Dough:
1. In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
2. In large bowl, combine eggs, butter, sugar, salt, yeast mixture and 3 cups flour.
3. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a very soft dough (dough will be sticky) DO NOT KNEAD DOUGH
4. Cover with plastic wrap, REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT
Knot Shaped Rolls:
1. Shape dough into 36 balls.
2. Roll each dough ball into a 6 inch rope; tie into a loose knot
3. Tuck ends under; place rolls 2 inches apart on greased baking sheets.
4. Let rise and bake at 375 for 10-12 min.
Cinnamon Rolls:
1. Follow directions for dough.
2. In small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
3. Turn dough onto floured surface; divide in half
4. Roll one portion into an 18x12 inch rectangle.
5. Spread with 1/4 cup butter to within 1/2 inch of edges; sprinkle evenly with half of brown sugar mixture.
6. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a long side; pinch seam to seal.
7. Cut into 12 slices using serrated knife or unflavored dental floss.
8. Place in greased 9x13 pan, cut side down. Repeat with remaining dough and filling.
9. Cover with towel; let rise in warm place til doubled (about 1 hour)
10. Preheat oven to 375
11. Bake 20-25 min or til lightly browned
12. In small bowl mix confectioners sugar, cream, and vanilla; spread over warm rolls.
