- Shallots
- button mushrooms and dried Shantrelle
- scallops
- white wine
- thyme, parsley
- bay leaf
- butter
- cream
- gryere cheese
- lemon juice
- potatoes
- flour

Step 1
Fry shallots with mushrooms add scallop juice add flour to thicken and add white wine, cream and cheese add thyme, parsley and bay leaf.
make mashed potatoes and pipe around each shell.. remove bayleaf and fill scallop shell with mixture.. bake for 10 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown..
