Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup unbleached flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup oil
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened fresh or frozen raspberries (patted dry or well drained) - can substitute blueberries

Step 1
Combine dry ingredients. Combine liquid ingredients. Make a well, add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients. Stir and carefully add raspberries. Bake 15 - 20 minutes at 400F.
