• 4 4 4 Pork Chops (I prefer thicker, boneless ones but you can use whatever type you like)
• 1 1 1 sleeve saltine crackers
• 2 2 2 eggs
• 3 3 3 tablespoons bacon grease (optional but sure is good)
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup all purpose flour
• 1/2 1/2 1/4 to salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper, or to taste
• 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cups milk
