Ingredients

• Toppings:
• 3 lbs yukon gold potatoes, cooked
• 1 c Sour cream
• 1 c milk
• 2 c shredded cheddar
• 3/4 c panko
• 1/2 c parm
• Pinch cayenne pepper spice
