Ingredients
- 4 oz can mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 4 Tbsp trans fat free tub margarine
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 cups lower sodium fat free chicken broth
- 2 cups fat free half and half
- 2 cups diced, cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup pimento

Preparation
Step 1
1. Saute mushrooms and green pepper in butter
2. Blend in flour and seasonings. Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat
3. Slowly add broth and cream. Return to heat and bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute
4. Add chicken and pimento
5. Continue cooking until chicken is heated through.
serve over baked potatoes
