Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh basil leaves, washed and dried
- 1/2 cup Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Place ingredients in a food processor or blender container; cover
Process until well blended.
Store in tightly covered continer in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
1 serving = 2 TBSP
Pour prepared pesto into ice cube trays and freeze until firm. Pop frozen pesto out of trays, place in freezer-weight sealable plastic bags and store in freezer until ready to use. Thaw in refrigerator before using. One cube = one serving.
