Ingredients

  • 4 skinless boneless breasts
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c Italian style bread crumbs
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 c marsala wine
  • 1 packet chicken bouillion
  • s&p
  • 2 Tbsp parsley, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Dip chicken into eggs, coat with bread crumbs. Set aside. In skillet cook garlic in butter for 1-2 mins. Add chicken and cook until done, ab 6 mins turning once. remove to serving platter, keep warm.

In same skillet, add wine, chicken boullion, s&p, parsley; cook and stir until mixture thickens and begins to boil. Spoon over chicken. Serve immediately
