Ingredients
- 32 oz plain yoghurt (usually one big Danon container)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- Garlic, dill, salt and pepper to taste
- Diced tomatoes (6 Campari or 3 Roma)
- 2 diced Bell peppers
- 2 peeled and grated cucumbers
- ~ 10 chopped green onions
