Ingredients
- Scant 1/2 cup (4oz) almond paste, rm temp
- 1/2 cup (4oz) sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter, rm temp
- 2 eggs, rm temp
- 1/3 (2oz) flour
- 1 bag (12oz) cranberries, rinsed and drained well

Preparation
Step 1
In food processor, process almond paste and sugar. Add butter and process until smooth, about 2 minutes. Add eggs and combine. Pulse in flour until just combined. Remove from food processor and fold in cranberries.
