Ingredients
- 2 small zucchini
- 2 slices eggplant, peeled
- 2 cooking onions
- 4 Tbsp butter
- Salt & pepper
- 1/2 sweet red oepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cut zucchini into 1/4- inch slices, eggplants into 1/2-inch squares, onions into rings and pepper into 1-inch strips. Stir-fry in melted butter and season with salt and pepper.
