  • 2 small zucchini
  • 2 slices eggplant, peeled
  • 2 cooking onions
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1/2 sweet red oepper

Step 1

Cut zucchini into 1/4- inch slices, eggplants into 1/2-inch squares, onions into rings and pepper into 1-inch strips. Stir-fry in melted butter and season with salt and pepper.
