  • 2 .Brown Sugar Spice
  • 2 tablespoons dark-brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground allspice
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 3 . Maple Chipotle
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle chile powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
  • 4 . Curry Lime
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground croiander1/2 teaspoon fine salt
