Ingredients
- 2 T natural peanut butter
- 1/4 c chocolate chips
- 4 slices of brioche
- 2 T unsalted butter

Preparation
Step 1
Dividing evenly, sandwich peanut butter and chocolate chips between brioche. Cook covered in butter in a large nonstick skillet over low-med heat until chocolate is melted and the bread is golden brown, 4-5 mins per side. Slice each sandwich in quarters.
