Paprika Chicken & Salad

Ingredients
- 1 can red kidney beans (rinsed & drained)
- 1/2 small head romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 1 tomato (diced)
- 1 yellow pepper (diced)
- 1/2 cucumber (seeded & diced)
- 1/4 c mayonnaise dressing
- 2 T milk
- 1 T dill
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 3 T lemon juice
- salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 T oil

Step 1
In medium bowl, mix kidney beans, lettuce, tomato, yellow pepper and cucumber. Set aside. In small bowl mix mayonnaise, ilk, dill, sugar, 1 T lemon juice and 1/2 tsp. salt. Set aside. In bag mix black pepper, paprika and 3/4 tsp. salt. Add chicken breast to bag and coat. In skillet heat oil and cook chicken breasts until no longer pink. Sprinkle with remaining 2 T lemon juice.
For salad, toss vegetable mixture with dressing mixture and serve with chicken breasts
